Monthly Advanced Yang Family Xinyi Liuhe Online Program
Each month has a different specific training focus. We'll cover movement principles, theory, Nei Gong aspects and fighting applications. All videos are recorded during the span of the month and the focus adapted each week according to your questions and focus. This is an ongoing monthly program tailored to the participating students, with course material deleted after 2 months.
Yang Family Xinyi Basics Program
This program will give you a solid grasp of the Shenfa or body method of Yang Family Xinyi focusing on the six principles of Xinyi Lihue: chicken feet, dragon body, bear shoulders, eagle claw, tiger head and sound of thunder.
Big pole Strength Training program
This course will teach the Yang Family Xinyiliuhe Big Pole exercises, using Yang Xinyi body and breathing methods. We will explore 3 of the 6 Forms of Yang Family Xinyi: tiger, eagle and bear shapes. This series of exercises will help develop full body power using the dantien, increasing internal power, speed, endurance, strength, and acceleration for martial applications or for general fitness and strength training.
