Yang Xinyi Online Foundations Programs
This program will prepare you for entering Yang Family Xinyi and joining the ongoing monthly classes. It will cover the basics of movement principles, theory, nei gong and fighting applications.
This is a month-long self-guided program consisting of two parts: Yang Family Yang Sheng and Xinyi Lihue. This course will give you enough basics to enter into the advanced ongoing class where we will continue to cover all aspects of Xinyi Lihue.
This program includes previously-recorded zoom workshops, tutorials and Q&A’s. Any questions sent in during the course will be answered with tailored customized videos.
The program includes 1-hour one-on-one session at the end of the program.
Yang Sheng Foundations
We will focus on learning Yang Sheng Nei Gong methods.
Yang Family health preserving exercises form the basics of Yang Family Xinyi Nei Gong practice. We’ll cover Nei Gong aspects, theory, breath and movement principles. You will be learning a set of 6 shapes that can be practiced in sequence or individually. Each shape will be analyzed from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective discussing their uses to build health as well as to help heal disease. The health preserving exercises help to forge a strong body, build internal power, quicken recovery from injury and produce a calm stabile mind.
Yang Family Xinyi
We will focus on Yang Family Xinyi Foundation practices, specifically the chicken, bear and eagle shapes. We’ll cover movement principles, theory, nei gong and fighting applications.
*Pre-requisite if joining the monthly advanced Xinyi course.

Monthly Advanced Yang Family Xinyi Liuhe Online Program
Each month has a different specific training focus.
For those who have completed the Foundations program, you’re more than welcome to join the advanced class.
This online course consists of 20+ customized video tutorials each month as well as Q&A videos, plus bonus footage for in-depth learning. Each month will cover movement principles, theory, Nei Gong aspects and fighting applications. All videos are recorded during the span of the course and the focus adapted each week according to the participants’ progress and questions.
*New students are required to take the Foundations Program before joining the advanced class.
